If you just try to ignore something it'll never go away. I found at least for me if I confronted my intrusive thoughts as painful as they were that it helped me figure out why I was having them. When I knew what was causing them it helped me to better control them. Sometimes intrusive thoughts don't go away but you can lead to maintain them. Be strong. 馃槉

That I know and that's why I don't want to ignore them because they'll just keep coming and causing troubles. But I also can't figure out where it's coming from or what's the reason, I just deal with them the best way I can for the time being.
Your way might work but it'll take me time to figure it out. Thanks tho

It took me years to figure it out for me. So I understand its not easy.. Another way that I found helped me was expressing myself. I did things such as dancing, writing, drawing, painting, etc. Dancing and any form of exercise helped the most if I could tire my body my mind would quiet. Not always but when it did it was a relief. Maybe find something that you can express yourself with. That may help too until you can figure out a cause.

That I'd a good idea... I thought about it but I never feel motivated to do all these things. I don't feel motivated to get off bed and stop thinking. 馃槶
