Any 25+ "normal" sane person who can give life advice?

Some kind of crisis... Don't know where to go

@switchfoot I have my life in order. A good amount of education, great job, great partner, workout, financially well off, have no addictions.. But I do have PTSD 🤔

I am at peace with it at this point, been a long path of learning to manage and work through it.

We all have issues, some are just not labeled

I hope you too find your way and things get better for you
