Always numb?

I'm so numb all the times, but my head is a mess.. I don't know how to stop this feeling of emptiness?

I think most people feel like this at times, I know I do 🙄 Don't think there is a cure, I just try and distract myself and it does pass. It depends how bad it is for you..take care 🤗
