How can we learn to not feel lonely all the time and to appreciate our own compagny?

I feel like i always need to be with someone, otherwise i feel so weak and lonely. Do you have tips to avoid this feelings ?

i am very often alone, but rarely lonely. maybe i am just accustomed to my own company. but if i am lonely, i will read, listen to music, walk in woods and talk to trees... yes, it is crazy mad, but it beats feeling loneliness 🙂
