I got blocked..could it have been a language issue?

Someone I enjoyed talking to came on today, and said hello, and I asked about their day. I called them a "stirrer"..which here means someone who likes to stir up a bit of trouble, usually just im a fun way..next minute I was blocked..could that have been why? im not giving details about who the person is, they have the right to block anyone they want, I was simpy curious if maybe in America it has a different meaning

Not a slang word I recognize?
A stirrer were I live is those small plastic stick things you use to stir your coffee.
I am a American.
Live in Midwest.

@Bushmanoz Why? Nothing wrong with it

@SW-User You just never know in what way someone misconstrudes what we say by accident, and feels it's insulting

@Bushmanoz People should ask...
Here, in America 'fanny' means 'bottom', not knowing the other more vulgar slang term for that word I once posted, on a friend's post, Frank slapped Franny on her fantastic fanny 😳
Luckily,for me,she didn't get upset, but explain what it meant in her country, she was British.

@SW-User ha, yeah, here there are a few like that too..it means the british version here as well. There are words I know Americans are bothered by, that i do my best not to use, but sometimes it will slip out because after al, my brain thinks in Aussie, and the same words while highly offensive to an American, I can call my best mate as a term of endearment

@Bushmanoz Fun talking to other folks, but the cultural barriers do get in the way at times

Too true. I try my best, can't do more than that
