Anyone here worked at a hotel front desk position?

I'm somewhat at a loss of what to do. Earlier a guest left his room door open, the front desk shift before me was notified and she called the room repeatedly all afternoon with no answer. By the time 11pm rolled around, she was concerned and security took her to check the room. They wanted to make sure nothing was wrong with the guest or the room. What they found was a sleeping guest with his head under the blankets. They woke him up to make sure he was alright and told him they were doing a wellness check. He didn't seem upset at the time.
He came down maybe an hour later and told me he was unhappy about being woken up and asked why he was, I also told him they were concerned and wanted to check on him. He walked away and said nothing else.
Now, at 2am, he called down to the front desk and demanded that I make a report, print and give him the report(that's not a thing we do), give him security footage of the staff entering his room(there are no security cameras in the halls and we do not give security footage to anyone except law enforcement) and get a manager involved. I called my manager, he is likely sleeping, no answer. I informed security. Theres nothing else I can do right now. I fully expect another call later tonight or for him to come back down for something to be done immediately. 🤷‍♀️

Surely whatever he has to complain about can wait maybe 4 or 5 hours for a manager to wake up?

You would think. He came down last night to get receipts for very specific dates within his 2 month stay. Was unhappy with every version of receipt I printed for him. I think he came down 3 or 4 times to have me re-do it. @DaveyWavey01
Sounds like a fussy small man who has nothing better to do. Just explain you’ve done all you can and a manager will contact him in the morning
