Will you please help with ideas of things to do?

My husband wants to go to casino to blow money we can't afford to throw away. A bunch of discouraging things has happened lately and then he found out last night one his best friends was shot and killed off of a forest road. So now my husband is in an impulsive mood. I'm an impulsive person too but as I get older I want our kids taken care of and debts paid before throwing money into a machine that most likely won't give anything back. Since its Mothers Day I can pull rank if needed. What's something we can do instead that would be fun on $100 in Willamette Valley?

As a family or just you and your husband? You can always go to dinner and a show.

@Lostpoet most likely as a family. All my trusted sitters are moms so that wont work today. Of course the casino has the best service in a playland for kids.

@morrgin A hundred bucks of entertainment is still a hundred bucks whether you spend it or gamble it away. But a casino is not a very family friendly place.
