like you're just watching tv and then bam! it hits you without any reason..like it just happened to me right now?

I have a few times over the years idk why either.. Maybe you were subconsciously reminded of something you miss or that makes you sad? Idk

I remember the first time i got sad we were driving through Dallas and this guy i used to be friends with lived there (he was really handsome and i had a crush on him for years) but we quit being friends.. Idk if that had anything to do with my sudden sadness or not but i sometimes wondered if it did
