Anyone know how to handle grief?

My dog died yesterday and it hit me pretty hard. I'm dealing with a lot in college at the moment and losing her just added more stress to my plate. Any advice you have would be helpful and appreciated.

I'm sorry for your loss. Remember your grief, is for your sake, not your dog's. WE miss them.
We'll all meet again at the clearing at the end of the path.
And your dog will meet you there, too.
