How do you add a new group on here.?

I want to suggest this place to friends but need to know if we can make our own group.

Okay.I figured as much. But was hoping a bit. Yeah this not gonna work cause I already looked and there are no groups here that really fit what we're looking for. And we have to migrate due to our main site shutting down soon.
