Is anyone else taking Zoloft (Sertraline) for anxiety and panic?

I am on Day 9 and my life has been pretty much Hell since starting this drug. I have stooped to the lowest lows I have ever experienced. Horrible sensations, pains, constant unceasing anxiety and panic. It's completely debilitating. Will it get better or is this a life sentence?

I am on 50mg.

I have been taking Sertraline for
Several years. Been really good for me. You may just need to get the correct dosage.
