You have to continue interacting with someone who is rude whenever you see them: What do you do?

Generally when someone is rude to me, I confront or avoid them. I can't do either of these things with,this person.

Thoughts/advice?

I intentionally interact with rude people to practice self control. Just be nice to them and pretend like the rudeness doesn’t exist. When they say something rude, mentally replace their comment with its polite alternative and respond to THAT. It’s difficult at first but it gets easier.
