How can I tell my therapist that I think I have an eating disorder?

If you have personal experience, please share if you're okay with it.
I'm scared to but I know I need to bring it up to her. I'm scared she'll want me to keep a food log and I can't. What if she says I should see a dietician or nutritionist?

The fact that you even want to tell her and want to get it under control is a good step forward. Keep that conviction in your mind. I suggest just spilling it out as soon as you next see them before you have time to think too much about it.

At the end of the day... no one can really make you do what you don’t really want to do. (I can’t help anymore then that sorry 😔🤷🏽‍♂️)

@Curiousguy833 I see her tomorrow. I'm afraid but now that it is another holiday the binging is getting to be really bad.
