I have an eating disorder. I just told my therapist I struggled with body Image and that it’s effected my eating patterns. From there she will ask what you have been eating and what you mean by it. If you can’t keep a food log what they do is just ask you what you eat in an average day and you then have weigh inns and therapy to help you feel better about your body. Sometimes they refer you to a dietitian that will tell you how to eat healthy
