How do you really not stress over little things?

Little things like: the food you’re gonna cook for the day, the house, the dust on the shelves, the creases on the bedsheet and etc.

Breathe in and out slowly and count to 10 it helps in a way and exercise helps me a lot

@SW-User Thank you so much! Will surely try the breathing one but I do agree that the day I exercise, i feel much active and better!
