I thought I was improving myself, I truly did.

For the first time in ages I felt my spirit being lifted. Like I was slowly finding a way to self treat my depression.

It doesn't matter now... People always find a way to destroy your self confidence.

Take responsibility for allowing people to have all that control over you and your well being. Don't blame the people...you choose to buy into whatever they do or say and give up your own self to them

The first rule you need to remember, other people only exist to try and bring you down. Emotionally, in your job, as you drive around, whatever. Some people's only reason for being (and you can ask them) is to screw with other people (and not in the good way).
