If you go to courthouse of where you were born and look up all the birth records of babies born on your birthday and you should at least be able to find the mother. Father may be listed as well.

Look for it on your birth certificate. It should be there. If it is not, consider hiring a private detective to find the name.
Also, get a DNA test done in case there's a match. I took the test through Ancestry.com

Maybe your birth certificate? If you call the hospital you were born at and tell them some things about you they send you a copy for a reasonable fee
