I want to reinvent myself. Any Suggestions?

After a long think I want to reinvent myself and my image, basically my entire life.

Not just in here but in life in general.
But I have no idea how and I'm kinda scared..

Haha sorry, still nervous over this.

Basically if I was to say the main thing it would be how I respond and act. I feel like I need to get likes and attention to feel relevant, I know its stupid to think like that but its how I've been for a couple of years, and honestly its made me do things I regret, some worse than others. So yeah.. Kinda sad I know but welcome to my life
