How Do I Deal With Agression, Anger, and Negative Feelings? I do some activities that provide me with positive feelings and emotions. I go outside, exercise, and work out. I do some household chores such as cleaning and organizing. There are times when I go somewhere and meditate. Frequently I relax and try not to think about the things that make me sad or angry or frustrated.
