why is it so hard to love yourself?
i mean why people always has to rely on other to feel happy?

Mainly because we are social creatures, herd animals so.to speak. Like animals in the wild our chances of survival increase exponentially, in numbers.
We just happen to have heightened brain functions, and part of that is love, friendship, that sort of thing. I think k.it is hard wired into our brains.
Some people just to give board with it, either from.loneliness, low.self esstem, narcissistim, boredom, and countless other reasons some seek love more than others.
