How to get out of bad habits?

@SW-User because if I leave, they won't be able to do it either and they may still want to 🤔 cause it's not bad for them but idk how I feel about it

@WittyKittyfeelinShitty Morally questionable? :? That's another thing! If you're worried people might judge you for it, I don't think that really makes it a bad habit, as long as you're aware that you're not doing anything wrong.

@SW-User but what if I am doing something wrong in my own eyes? Even though it may not be in the eyes of others

@WittyKittyfeelinShitty Well, when I'm strongly addicted to something, the best why I quit it, is by taking a straight firm decision to stop, and I irreversibly cut the habit at once. I don't know if that's the best way for you too, tho

@SW-User ok. Well I wasn't talking about SW and I don't know how long it's gonna take me to get out but hopefully less than a month. I'll probably have a few bad days but I'm gonna have to accept this as a learning curve and get through it
