Measurement of behaviour leads to change in behaviour.

How would quitting bad habits disappoint people! :?

@WittyKittyfeelinShitty Well, when I'm strongly addicted to something, the best why I quit it, is by taking a straight firm decision to stop, and I irreversibly cut the habit at once. I don't know if that's the best way for you too, tho
@SW-User ok. Well I wasn't talking about SW and I don't know how long it's gonna take me to get out but hopefully less than a month. I'll probably have a few bad days but I'm gonna have to accept this as a learning curve and get through it

@WittyKittyfeelinShitty Good to know you're not leaving! 😀 😂

Well good luck then :)

May I ask what this bad habit is? I've become pretty good at removing bad habits from my life, as well as helping others stop their bad habits, but I find it greatly differs depending on each person's situation.
@SW-User thanks for your help! I am learning how to overcome it though so it should be fine. I really appreciate the thought though and I'll come to you if I should have any problems. You seem pretty experienced

@WittyKittyfeelinShitty I'm happy to hear it! :)

Sure, let me know if you ever have any questions. Hope all goes well!

By simply prioritizing yourself and disappointing them in an honest direct way .. but gently enough ..
