When you’re in need to vent and spill your feelings but you don’t have anyone to talk to what do you do to relive the ache inside you?

I go for a walk. Change the scenery. Even though I'm alone with my thoughts, my mind wonders.

Also helps to listen to music or an audio book.

I think all you can do is suppress it a bit with doing that (same as what I said) but it's hard to just vent to people even if you have someone to vent to. But it's always nice, so feel free to vent to me if you need :)
