Saw one at a public toilet once. I felt out of place there, every time I stopped there, there were tradies vehicles all over the place. Not my scene I'm afraid.
Yep there was a 2 and half inch hole in the door at the right height. Didn't see it getting used though, but it could only have one purpose as far as I could tell. I'm a guy BTW.
