So my mom is trying to get back into our lives

So I never had a good relationship with my mother...she kicked me out of the house when i was 19 over nothing and hasnt supported me in anything since...i am almost 30 weeks pregnant and now she decided to call me...letting her back into my life will have an impact on my marriage because my husband does not want her in our lives because of what she has done and most importantly...of what she should have done..he has been through it all with me..it also impacted his life but he and his family have always stood by me....should I let her back in and at least listen to what she has to say? Or is it too little too late?

@SW-User I am so sorry to hear that! Noone deserves that. Well I have forgiven her and moved on with my life, I just dont know if i should let her back into my life.....I know it will affect my marriage because my husband does not want her in our lives and def not around our baby...

@SW-User thanks for your reply...maybe ill give her a call when im feeling better (im having a lot of sickness bc of my pregnancy) ...who knows...maybe we csn go from there

I would say keep her at arms length, let her know that yes you may be the parent but that doesn't make what you did right and you're going to have to be patient and give you time until you feel comfortable letting your guard down around her. And if she can't see why you feel that way then that's her choice to not work on it

This is a tough situation, but you don't need stress during your pregnancy! I suggest don't let her spoil your relationship with your husband, once selfish always selfish
