how do you know if you have fetal alcohol syndrome?

I want to know more about fetal alcohol syndrome because I think I might have many symptoms,I dont know how severe they have to be in order to be diagnosed with this. I never knew about FAS but as a kid I had a lot of trouble learning, and I dont know weather I didnt try in school because I had learning disabilities or because I am just that kind of person, not good at school, not gifted with learning.

I looked at the symptoms of fetal alcohol syndrome and I wonder sometimes if I might have it. I found out from my dad's relatives that my mom drank during her pregnancy with me both in early stages and late stages and i was born very early had to be incubated and have a few physical in a sense deformations from premature birth. one of my legs is longer then the other and I have certain digestive issues.
