How do I write a story here?

There is a button for "ask a question". Where is the button for "write a story?" Maybe I am stupid, but I really don't get it.

All of the groups were imported here from EP i think thats why you see alot of duplicates and why some groups have no members in. They're going to clean that up and eventually allow us to start creating our own groups
