I usually do all dirty cleaning before taking a bath so then comes good amount of soap and scrub, new towel, since everything is clean and I don't do or touch dirty stuff if possible..if necessary I run for ethyl

but I do have a shower chair and I sit between 2 shower heads ,,and I take 3 or 4 showers a day ,
So I am very clean
I take so many showers to help with pain ,but clean is a good side effect

Dr. Bronner’s Peppermint soap. Literally squeaky clean afterwards. 🙂

Douche

Don't have a full bladder or you'll sweat. Perhaps that's your problem. Also rinse off with cold water to lower your skin temperature also so you won't sweat.

Seek a psychologist, get some advice about ocds and germaphobia.

That is a psychological problem, not a hygiene one.
