say you're busy, or just be straightforward about it.. why drag it on? just be straight with the person and say that you do not think that you want to be friends with them anymore as you feel that you do not share a lot of stuff in common and you find it hard to ''connect'' with them. < I think that's polite and straightforward! lol

@Itsprincess hmm imagine, she wants to be friends with you and she has her hopes up .. if you drag it on it would just become hard for you to end it.. or ignore her < thats rude! lool .. being straightforward is less of a hassle! let her fight you it's cool, as long as you tell her whats on your mind.. anyway you're welcome :)..
