23 I live a mile away. I pictured having my own place by now (not rent) but erm... Need a full time and a part time job!!! 70 hours IF minimum wage :-\ 28 now learned A LOT in last 5.5 years. My dad wants me to go for it as it'll pay off in 30 years (own house will mean triple the price of house when selling).
So hard work NOW means rewards once am close to 60. It is tempting.
