What do you do to deal with loneliness?

I distract myself for as long as I am. Mostly, I work. Sometimes, I fake human interactions by visiting a social media site...such as SW.😒

Go for a walk on the pier, beach. Walk my dog. Get close to nature. Listen to music that I love and sing and dance to it -- and laugh at myself for my terrible voice and not so great dancing.
Ok sometimes I eat.

I rarely get lonely.

But you are on a site full of people. Try to connect with someone. Converse with them and just make friends.

I find ways to distract my mind, like cooking or reading or I come here.

How can you be lonely on a social network though?

Dunno, never experienced it; i'm alone, not lonely.
