What do you guys think are the symptoms and examples of social anxiety

You can talk to people online. But when it comes to the phone or in person you either clamp up, or you talk a load of rubbish because you have no idea what to say. And then because your constantly doing that you inevitably end up friendless. Viscious circle indeed.
