How do you organize your chaotic thoughts?

I write everything out. Sometimes I write short stories based on my anxiety especially if I am trying to focus and my thoughts keep going everywhere sometimes if I just write until I get tired of doing it. Usually i just do stream of consciousness writing. Not eve completing sentences all the time. I just write everything that is going through my mind. But I think writing stories is a good way to go too.

@TURTLEGOD Stream of consciousness is something I have a hard time with. I will try though. Thanks.
Sometimes I just clean too (I like cleaning), or workout when my thoughts become too much to handle, if writing doesn't do much for you.

@TURTLEGOD Writing does, but so does cleaning. Not that you would know it by looking around my house.
