How do I figure out if there is a problem with my lover or just myself?

I have anxiety and depression and they have gone worse since I started college, meaning two years ago. In the meantime, I've been and I still am in a long-term distance relationship. But we fight a lot, and it's often because I get angry out of nowhere and start criticizing him because I feel like he's not giving me enough attention, or not dedicating enough time to me. Could it be just me who imagines all this issues? Or could it be him not properly understanding what my mental issues involve?

hi Kodokuna
It is not possible to tell on the basis of the information provided.
You are asking the right question but it is you who will need to find out.
I posted a story here which you could read. I just copied it and do not agree with it at all. It is about relationships and how to manipulate feelings I guess.
Certainly when you have to work out such things you need to create space in your own mind so you can observe and consider and think.
Best wishes
:)
