Are you one of the lost?

I have always felt like I am on the outer perimeter of society and social interaction.

While most guys I know play Rugby, lift weights, listen to heavy metal and drink, I prefer to read poetry, watch comedy (Bill Baily), listen to a plethora of musical genres, I dislike team sports preferring to go hiking or running. One thing I love to do is just sit and think about life my moral scruples, gender, human interactions... the human condition everything even the slightly concave ripple that forms upon the glassy stream as the meniscus is stretched from a rock to a slight depression.

At the moment my latest endeavor is to sell all my possessions (I'm getting over my material world) and see If I can live for a year in the Southern Alps of New Zealand while still attending to my job (I work in the alps).

Are you an indigo adult? I relate to all of that which you said. Usually now I relish in my uniqueness and value having my own path we others are merely sleepwalking accepting life to consist only of the mundane existence that they settle for. But when I am lost as such is when I forget my purpose or find it too large a task to raise societies awareness and enable them to perceive more to life. I can suffer much so of rage towards society for what I see as sheer ignorance or fear of being more than the shallow beings they choose to portray themselves as. We all have hearts but many choose not to feel them.

Hi Wisdom8 that is my distant goal also to buy land and live to natures whim. I was inspired by a man I lived with about a decade ago, He had built his own house and lived in a relatively self sustaining manner. I really admired his undying motivation to just keep going. He was 68 when I knew him and lived alone in the bush I really admired him.

What is the world wide foundation you are starting?

Kyleinfj- you are indeed one of these people, my people, our people. I dream of a society for people like us. I have already started to try and make it a reality. I would love to talk to you more my friend. When the whirlwind within gets to much, when your anger is ready to explode, i would love to talk 😊

Pre125 you sound so similar to me, i am also selling all my possesions with the aim of starting a worldwide foundation. Eventually buying land and living as nature intended. As one 😊

But however...sometimes it seems like lot of people in this world are going mad, what some people do sometimes is beyond me, don't get some people, but then again...maybe they don't get me sometimes either ;-)

Then you are correct, you are not lost. You sound as though you see the world how it is and have a lovely balance to your mind. Shine on my friend 😊
