1. avoid yourself from people that make you feel unhappy, they don't deserve your effort and time.
2. focus on doing things you NEED to do(study, workout, pray, meditate) to be productive, it might be not the most fun but atleast your future self will thank you. and it will let your mind focus on other things.
3. take a nice long shower, and think about everything.
4. it's okay to cry. let it all out. you'll feel good after that. promise.
5.dont be afraid to take a break from social media. it's okay if you loose streaks, they are just numbers.
6.take time off and work on yourself.
7. smile at strangers, they don't always smile back but their eyes always do.
8.dress up in a way where you feel comfortable, you don't need to please anyone but yourself.
9.society is not a mould. you don't have to fit in it. we both know you're claustrophobic.
10. call someone who makes you happy, hearing their voice always helps. trust me.
11. call your mum/dad. they love you even if it doesn't seem like it sometimes.
12. read, read and read. it will help you in your essays and every book you read you will learn learn and learn.
13. friends come and go, and it's okay to fight and shout. but it isn't worth it.
14. be more pretty on the inside. the outside is only an illusion. a perspective.
15. the guy your dating will tell you he's not into you anymore. your anxiety will sleep with you that night. but atleast he isn't.
16. that friend who makes jokes. that bubbly friend. she has aneroxia and you won't hear from her for over 2 months. but when you do hear of her, it won't be good.
17. you will get into a fight with your best friend and you won't speak to him for a very. very. long time. you'll miss him. very much.
18. stop wanting to be eighteen. live for the present. not the future.
19. you have to learn to stand alone.
20. your face will clear up eventually. listen to your mum and wash your face 2 times a day.
21. guys will tell you your pretty and make you feel special. they have other intentions.
22. you will fall in love with music and it will help you.
