How can you be genuinely kind if you are not?

Is it really something that can be actively changed?

You can consciously choose to do something that in others would come as natural kindness. That conscious choice is also being genuine in intentions.

@Jackaloftheazuresand It can be, if you are doing it just for a show. But then, what difference does it make if you're perceived unkind or cold if that is what you really are?

@Jackaloftheazuresand If you are different, you are. Learn to embrace your differences.
Kindness doesn't need to come naturally. But once in a while you might find yourself doing good things for someone because you chose to do it and that kind of confidence will happen when you accept who you really are.
