How can you be genuinely kind if you are not?

Is it really something that can be actively changed?

People can change if they're highly motivated to do so and are willing to work at it. I believe this applies to a desire to be kinder as much as anything else.

But how? I can pretend this stuff, I'm quite good at it, been doing it for awhile so the practice method is out the window.

@Jackaloftheazuresand You have to really want to change. There should be a difference in your behavior over time if your desire to change is strong enough.

How does one get more desire then?

@Jackaloftheazuresand That's something that develops on its own. As far as I know, there's not a way to make it happen.
