What can I do for energy in the middle of the day?

Besides a nap, besides a sugary energy drink..and I don't drink coffee.

Drinking lots of water is way more effective (or 'affective' in English, sorry my language is Dutch..). It works much better for me though. Start off your day with drinking a glass of water with lemon, it works miracles for the whole rest of the day to have energy. ;)

@ItsAllAboutLove I drink lemon water upon waking. It doesn't last all day. Still feel like I need a nap.
