Where's the option to disable dislikes on Youtube? I need it to prevent liberals from suppressing my freedom of speech.

You are still free to type down anything you want in the comment sections on any YouTube video. If someone responds to you in a way that you don't like, my choice would be not to respond back, otherwise it will only escalate and you'll feel more frustrations, as so will the other person.
