Can you tell me something positive about me?

@NativePortlander1970 I swear to god I keep smiling to them even if it's in the wee hour of night and I'm feeling exhausted.
But now I'm drained. I am literally at the end of the rope.

@Friendlyperson I can imagine the exhaustion, I used to be an armed security floater, I used to cover a lot of 12 hour posts back to back, 24 to 36 hours straight through were common many days.

@Friendlyperson Not this year, the woman I was with back died in november 2010, her younger son that got the majority of those presents in 2006 turned 40 two days ago on tuesday, I haven't seen him since I left Las Vegas in december 2010.

@Friendlyperson (((((HUGS))))) Thank You, she had a very horrible death at the hands of doctors that failed to monitor her potassium levels while on IV lasix, and cold turkey'd her off low dose prednisone for constant pulmonary inflammations and arthritis in her spine at the same time, I am sure You can figure out what happened.

Oh my, furosemide and steroids both lower potassium levels 😢 I'm so sorry about that 😥... but how did you know this was the issue? It seems like you took some medical training which is outstanding.
I'm sure she was blessed to have you by her side during the whole time of hospitalization and still mourning her to this day. Not sure if you believe in afterlife, but if you do, I hope you meet there. 🥰

@Friendlyperson After I left Las Vegas, several months later I was called my a Las Vegas homicide detective, Jane's two sons had made an accusation against the hospital staff that was looking after her which prompted an investigation, it was the detective that told me what they discovered, the guy wanted me to say what I remembered the day she died. However they weren't going to pursue charges of either negligent homicide or medical malpractice, claiming it was nothing more than a series of unfortunate events. Personally I think the hospital's legal staff got them to drop it.

I am so sorry about that 🥹 I'm glad you got to understand what happened regardless. I can't imagine how hard it was to go through that.
