i really just want someone to chat to im so lonely and my mental health is on the floor right now and i care for my elderly nana who has mixed alzheimers and dementia which is also really hard on my mental health and i just cant see a way back to my former self right now, i used to like who i was and now i absolutely hate myself

but i think the one thing thats getting me down the most is that i have twin daughters and my ex wont allow me to see them (i havent done anything wrong shes just playing god), i havent seen them since february and i cant even ask how they are or even get any pics as my ex has also blocked me on fb 😪😪

I am happy to read that you are working to take care of your nana. It kind of sucks that people aren't stepping up to help relieve you of your struggles and would rather leave you alone as well

and im so worried right now too as my mum has just tested positive for covid and she has asthma and heart problems and i dont have any friends, no one speaks to me and its leaving me to think like what have i done so wrong to people
