He's weird. If he cared about you he'd face to tell you. The post is wimpy, at best.
I advice you to NOT answer him at all. Any response will encourage him.
I can't say he's a 'stalker.' But I can say few men would admit watching you leave your home unless they dated you a few times. This guy... stay away.
