What is one thing that is hurting you, how do you overcome your pain?

This is something that I’ve been wondering…for years…I have yet to find out how I can…overcome a burnout…but…I just went through it…and I don’t feel any emotion…what about you? Can you relate to me, or do you care to share something in this post I’ve made, feel free to ask, I don’t judge nor be rude, I love to understand others perspectives (even if it’s ones that I’ve met, please share)❤

I read books. Classics to find lessons and be emotional. I shed tears for stories and felt affection and found ideas to take with me.

I found comfort in being vulnerable with someone I could trust.

I found removed myself from being around stressors and learned how to deal with problematic people through being assertive and reading "How to win friends and influence people."

I also laugh at a lot of thing I enjoy and exercise and learn all I can.

I saw a therapist who gave me strategies to deal with things and ask my questions about why people don't talk to me or why I struggle to talk with them.

I haved used this to get through lonliness, rejection, failure, cutting off abusive parents, chronic medical issues, pain, work stress, study stress, fractured relationships, regret, disappointment and... Lots of other horrors.
