What do i do? [I Need Advice]

My roommate next to my room have been screaming for the past 12 hours on the phone to whom I think is a bf who clearly doesn't want to be around! She is speaking soooo loud neigbors can hear her! She is arguing, yelling, screaming ,shouting , at the occasion crying...I am so over it! She is being over the top and is been 12 hours. I am about to lose it! What I do? Is super annoying, and need to sleep! No need for it! I mean she is so loud and screaming. What I do? Mind you she is a psycho! Unpredictable. Every one can hear it but I am the closest and none want to say something 😖
