I Need Advice

Does the management where you work allow you to discuss things or do they just expect you to do as you're told and not argue abt it? The manager at work just expects us to do whatever she tells us when she tells us and do it cheerfully. Any argument or reasoning with her gets shut down immediately. This wouldn't be so bad if the workload wasn't unreasonable and her ideas actually made sense. She will expect the impossible and wonder why it doesn't get done and most of the time she acts incompetent and lazy. I know in any job you have to do as you're told to some extent but she won't even listen to reasonable ideas and consider other options.
