Does anyone have Irritable Bowel Syndrome? If so how do you handle it? I've had stomach issues and got a blood test from the doctor today. He thinks I might have it.

I have bowel tissue damage as a result from a bad cocaine habit I used to have. I got tested for chrons as my sister has it. But my problem is self inflicted.
