We all come from different levels of fitness/different body types, and have different aspirations when it comes to our ideal bodies. Takes time, patience and hard work. But worth it. I’m sure you’ve changed from when you started. @Notanymore
@rockstar oh definitely....but it's a bit harder the older I get. I've probably cut 35 pounds since June and improved some of my Glam muscles substantially. When I was in my 20s I could transform my body overnight and never worry..... nowdays.....it seems like I gain 5 pounds by missing a cardio day
