I Hate Myself

1. I am incompetent and can't comprehend anything at my job
2. I keep failing the CPA exams
3. I am painfully shy and lacking confidence
4. I hate looking in the mirror
5. I have been suffering from depression and anxiety for a while
6. I am pessimist at heart.
7. My family sucks
8. I dont know how to drive
9. I have never had a relationship last longer than 1 month.
10. I have a gigantic crush on a female manager at work and its ruining my life
11. I hold back when speaking to someone of high authority at work
12. I DREAD coming out of bed in the mornings to go to work.
13. I don't make enough money to afford my own place but I work all the time.
14. I arrange my thoughts mentally but have huge difficulty articulating them.
15. I absolutely despise my father.

If you are new at work, it's normal to feel incompetent. I'm at my job for 5 months now and am just starting to feel like I know what I'm doing. But things change alot at work. So it's hard when you're trying to learn, but things change weekly...I'm shy as well, just take small steps. Practice with folk outside of work, such as those working at the grocery stores, shops, wherever else you go.
My family sucks too...keep practicing driving, you'll get it eventually. I've only been in one relationship at my old age so don't feel bad. I dread getting out of bed for work as well. I'm sleepy right now and should go to bed but if I do, I'll be at work even faster, since to me, time flies when you are sleep.
Try Toastmasters to try and help with your public speaking...conquer your fears...
