Pets show their love by bringing you gifts. They are hunters as man shoud be. In the old days they brought the food home. Today women can also bring food to the home. Animals whether domestic or wild do the same. Sometimes they can't change their behavior it is just instinct that motivates them. As a human you as a pet lover has to teach them otherwise. Eat you gift and not bring it home. That was my lesson to my child who loves me.
